Fido

Fido is a neural networking library that is bundled into UvuvLib. You can use it for anything you would normally use a neural network for. It was originally in 7121B's code for the 2022-2023 Spin Up season on our turret bot, so it could shoot while moving. The library mostly works though.

Note: The genetic algorithm currently does not work, and Fido has not been updated since 2017. I plan on fixing it one day, but for now do not bother using the Genetic Algorithim.
